Barefoot Dance Fitness

Barefoot Dance Fitness invites you to play extravagantly while dancing to outrageously good music. The choreography is simple enough to allow everyone to get out of their heads and deeply into their bodies. This special SwayFest class begins with a 30 minute session using writing, talking, and drawing to expand our understanding of our personal creativity. Participants are welcome to come to one or both sessions. Dancing starts at 9:30!

Modern​

This beginning modern dance class focuses on the basics of strong technique and the joy of movement, in a nurturing atmosphere!

Butoh​

Butoh is a Japanese countercultural dance form that revels in the taboo, attempts to unculture the body and reveals the personal and collective subconscious through subtle but rigorous methods of training.

Gong Bath​

An immersive auditory experience created with a variety of sound healing instruments to rebalance the body, mind and spirit. Eye pillows and hot tea included!
